Heather Purdon, MSW, RSW



Heather is a registered Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work from the University of Toronto. She completed an undergraduate degree at Trent University with a double major in Indigenous Studies and Cultural Anthropology. Heather has worked in the field of Social Work since 2008 providing clinical therapy to family systems.

Heather specializes in counselling focusing on one of the most important personal relationships, the couple. Heather works from an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) framework and goals for therapy are mutually set by the couple. 

Heather offers a neutral and non-judgmental environment for couples to explore challenging interpersonal dynamics and topics.  Heather provides a safe space for LGBTQI and queer family systems.
